Grove Theatre Eastbourne

The Grove Theatre provides an ‘intimate performance space with comprehensive stage facilities and lighting’. It is used by local theatre groups and performance artists as well as local businesses and individuals who use the space for meetings, seminars and classes.

• Updated look and feel to better reflect the Grove theatre branding and to include the font specifically developed for the Theatre by a local designer.

• To build an easy to edit and update WordPress site, integrating a number of plugins to ensure that the What’s on and booking elements of the site are user and admin friendly.

• To ensure that the site is easy to find on search and that the user experience is good.

• A WordPress site with Beaver Builder, drag and drop page builder, smart slider to provide a carousel and ME Calendar to manage events. We also integrated Yoast SEO to help the client maintain the sites visibility on search engines

• Set up of Google analytics to provide additional search information and Google forms to manage venue hire requests etc

When we had finished the site we produced a simple step by step guide to adding events to ensure consistency throughout and to ensure that key information is easy for the user to access
Our client are delighted with the new site that is felt to be ‘much easier to update and edit than our previous site’.
