Brighton Digital Festival 2016 Open Studios

Brighton Digital Festival - News- Build14me

We are running a workshop again as part of Wired Sussex's Open Studious during the Brighton Digital Festival 2016! We had a great time doing it last year, especially with feedback received from attendees. That is why we wanted to participate again.

Our workshop will introduce you to the world of Search engine Optimisation (SEO) and Local SEO. It is aimed at small and micro businesses who want to gain more online visibility.

In this DIY SEO session we will take you through 42, Yes 42… actionable takeaways that you can put into practice to help boost your online digital presence.

People who have attended our previous workshop attendees have said:

'I attended their 'Content is King' workshop a couple of weeks ago which covered how choosing the right content can improve your Google search position.

After checking where my site was currently (4th page on a google search), I set about refreshing the content using the tips they had shared. Lo and behold, less than a week later I am now on the first page! Brilliant result! Thank you both so much for sharing your knowledge and experience!'

'Went to a very interesting and informative workshop on how to use social media. Ben was very patient and explained things clearly for us. If you have any queries regarding social media these are the guys to go and ask!'

'Thanks for this morning. It was absolutely brilliant - really clear and easy to follow. You and Ben communicate these things a whole lot better than anyone who I've spoken to in the past'

All of our workshops are based around the Build14me ASSET approach (, covering both onsite and offsite factors to help boost online visibility.

Come along, bring your notepad, have a cup of tea, network with other workshop attendees but most importantly, take notes and ask questions.

Your take home gift? Practical, doable ideas, recommendations and suggestions to increase your online presence.
